Employees need greater skill today than ever before to get past barriers that difficult people impose. This program will enable your staff members to understand temperaments and how to diffuse difficult people to accomplish today's work assisgnments.

Myers Briggs Type Indicators

Your staff can move forward in meetings faster with an understanding of personality types. Sales types operate differently from technical types. Helping the groups understand their differences means more work gets accomplished while bridging the gap across segments of your workforce. This can be step one in conflict resolution. A more in depth look at Introversion and Extroversion can encourage your Extroverts to listen to Introverts and to be patient with extroverted staff members.

 

Board Training
For board members, Chairs and Executive Directors. What is a board issue and what is a staff issue? How can an executive director avoid board members micromanaging while still gaining cooperation in macromanaging?
