Active Parenting Workshops are offered throughout 2012. These programs encourage parents to learn new information about developmental stages,active communication skills, problem prevention techniques, discipline methods, positive encouragement skills,building your childs self esteem and raising responsible children.

Sessions are available days and evenings. This four session program will improve your ability to talk with your child in ways that reduce the stress of parenting. Sessions are open to all parents and grandparents.

Parenting 1,2,3,4

 Provides parenting tips for those with preschool aged children.

Active Parenting Now

 Provides communication tips for parents with elementary aged children five thru 12 years of age.

The Master Money Mentor Program is designed to train volunteers to work with individuals requesting help with money management issues. This training provides them with money management strategies for helping individuals grasp basic money concepts and provides tools for participants use. Agency personnel may find the information presented in the training useful to them as they work with clients or customers.
