  1. Community Service with Solida Waste Mangaement District Available

    The Henry county Solid Wast District will be hosting the 23rd Annual Liter Roundup during the month of April. This event is very important to the District and they are thankful for the continued support of the Henry County 4-H clubs. Approximately 100 miles were cleaned in 2019 through the efforts of the 4-H'ers.

  2. 2020 Livestock Quality Assurance Information

    Feb. 24, 2020

    4-H andFFA youth involved in food animal exhibitions, by definition, are food animal producers. Youth food animal producers, at the culmination of the project, will sell their animal(s) and food products which are intended for human consumption. As equally, those youth raising other animal projects have a responsibilty to raise and care for their animal/s properly. 

  3. 4-H Essay Lamb Contest Information Available

    The Henry County 4-H Advisory Council has a great opportunity for 4-H'ers and FFA members! If you are interested, are committed to,have never enrolled in a market lamb project and have access to a facility to raise a market lamb, you might want to consider writing an essay for the 2020 Essay Lamb Contest.

  7. 4-H Project Days

    State Fair tickets and parking passes are available after 9:00am Friday July 12th on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets available are limited.

  9. Small Ruminants 101 Series to Count Towards Quality Assurance for Sheep & Goat Project Members

    A small ruminants educational series is being offered through the OSU Extension-Fulton County Program. For those adults who want to learn more about raising sheep and goats this series is for you. Fulton, Henry and Williams counties will also accept this series as Quality Assurance education for youth in 4-H and FFA that are enrolled in these livestock projects.   10. Henry Co. 4-H Hall of Fame Nominees Sought

    This time of year is a great time to think about and then nominate Henry County 4-H alumni for the 4-H Hall of Fame. Perhaps you know a past Henry County 4-H'er who meets the criteria for the award? The criteria includes the nominee's accomplishments and positive impacts in the four areas: Contributions/leadership in nominee's career field; Scope of the impact (community/county/regional/state/national); Positive influence on youth and/or other volunteer efforts; Involvement/leadership role while they were in Henry County 4-H.
