Henry County Insect Trapping Network       Common Army Worm    Adult

Through the growing season we will be trapping a variety of insects to determine the number of adults that are active. There are 6-10 active trapping sites spread throughout Henry County looking for the following insects Black Cut Worm, Common Army Worm, Western Bean Cut Worm, European Corn Borer, and Fall Army Worm. The information in this table will help producers know when they should be scouting their fields to determine if they need to implement an Integrated Pest Management strategy to minimize the amount of damage to the crop. Click the link below to watch the progression of each insect throughout the growing season.
